Content Studio / Content Studio Administration
Working with Posts
Create, edit, organize, and publish Posts in Content Studio.
Find or Create a Post
Select Posts. Use the dashboard search and filters to find an existing Post, then select Edit, or select + New Post to open a blank editor.
Complete the Post
Enter the Title and write the main content in the visual editor. The formatting toolbar supports headings, emphasis, links, images, lists, blockquotes, inline code, code blocks, and horizontal rules.
Use Custom Slug when the public address needs a specific value. The slug follows the title until you edit or lock it. You can also choose a Banner image, add banner alt text, and complete Publish Date, Category, Tags, and Author.
Choose a Status and Save
Leave the Draft / Published toggle on Draft while the Post is not ready for visitors. Switch it to Published when the content is ready, then select Save Post. A published Post with a future Publish Date remains private until that date and appears under Scheduled or Future on the dashboard.
Edit or Delete a Post
Open a Post from the dashboard, make the changes, and save again. To remove a Post, select Del in its dashboard row and confirm the deletion. Deleting removes that content item; it does not remove images that remain in Media Manager.
Recovering Unsaved Changes
If your Content Studio session expires while you're editing a post or event, your unsaved changes can be recovered. When this happens, Content Studio will ask you to sign in again. After signing in, you'll be offered two options:
Restore Changes — Returns your unsaved edits to the editor so you can continue working.
Discard Changes — Discards the recovered edits and returns to the previously saved content.
Important: After restoring your changes, click Save Post or Save Event to save your work permanently.
Keep the browser tab open until you've completed the recovery process.
