Media Manager

Upload, review, and manage reusable media in the Content Studio library.

Open Media Manager

Open Smart Images and select Open Media Manager, or choose an image from a Post, Event, or Image Destination. The dialog opens in the context of the image you are choosing.

Upload Images

Select Upload images and choose up to 12 JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF files at once. Each file can be no larger than 8 MB. Use web-optimized images whenever possible; photographs generally work well as JPG or WebP, while PNG is useful for transparency or sharp interface detail.

Find and Reuse Media

Use Search filenames to narrow the library, then select an image. New files appear under Current Uploads for the current session; existing files appear under Recent Media. Select Load More when more matching images are available.

When Media Manager was opened to choose an image, select Insert Image to use the selected file. The same stored image can be reused in Posts, Events, Image Destinations, and other supported image fields.

Delete Unused Media

Each image reports whether it is currently in use. Delete is available only for an image that is not assigned anywhere. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
