Release Notes
Review notable changes, fixes, and compatibility information for Content Studio releases.
Current Pre-Release Version
Version: 0.9.0
Current accepted development foundation: Build 93 / internal 152
Status: Owner-accepted development CANDIDATE — pre-release, not FINAL or a public production release.
Target platform: RapidWeaver Elements 3
Development build numbers are included here for pre-release and manual verification. They may not appear in normal public release notes after launch.
What Is Included in the Current Baseline
• Browser-based Content Studio administration for Posts, Events, Media Manager, Smart Images, Smart Image destinations, and System Health.
Build 93 adds the large configurable Admin Title, direct site-logo client header image, and optional publisher Developer Logo. It retains Build 92A’s compatibility correction for destinations under the renamed Smart Image Destinations collection. Existing machine keys and assignments are preserved.
• Post List, Event List, and Smart Image components for public presentation.
• Optional Northlight Studio Starter Content during first initialization.
• Separate runtime storage designed to preserve site content during normal publishing, with RapidWeaver Elements 3 as the compatibility baseline.
Current V1 Notes
• Content Studio currently targets RapidWeaver Elements 3.
• Runtime data is stored separately from application code.
• Starter Content is optional and seeds only during first initialization.
• Current Event List V1 layouts are Schedule, Compact, and Editorial. Schedule uses the fixed Medium presentation for V1.
• This manual targets the accepted Build 93 / internal 152 behavior.
Known V1 Limitations and Deferred Items
V1 does not provide an in-app credential-recovery workflow, automatically publish records stored as Scheduled, or calculate recurring Event occurrences. System Health does not confirm expected destination counts. See Login Problems, Content Status, Event Types, and System Health for these limits.
Future Release Notes Format
